		<description><![CDATA[I just made this for my family! It was a hit:) I couldn&#039;t find my 8 x 8 dish, so I baked in a cupcake tin. We added ham, tomatoes, and a bit of shredded cheddar. I served it on greens with hot sauce for my husband and ketchup for my kids! I&#039;ll definitely cook this again! Xoxo
