Already thinking of other ways to incorporate the mushroom crust into additional recipes. It definitely seems like A LOT of mushrooms as you’re dicing them, but as is typical, they reduce down quite a bit. We definitely plan to make more mushroom quiche crusts and just throw whatever fresh veggies we have on hand in. Thanks, Bonnie!! YUM!
