This soup is so mild. I’m loving this easy technique!
In Spain this is served as dinner or tapas. I’m calling it breakfast.
How did I not know this soup before?!?! It takes about ten minutes to get on the table and it is delicious!
I share my grocery store with our local firemen. They park the engine out front, stock up on food for the firehouse and then get on their way…unless of course they get a call midway through their shopping trip.
So I think I should read these recipes before I dive in. I can’t believe I still haven’t learned my lesson after how many times that’s backfired along this cooking adventure.
