I wouldn’t have expected this one from Grandma Joyce…I don’t really remember her as a ketchup kind of girl. To be honest, I snickered a bit as I was making this less than impressive dish. I’m not a ketchup girl myself, especially not the kind that likes ketchup on her eggs!

Puffy Pancakes
And so it begins, I grabbed the first recipe, right off the top of the stack. Gotta start somewhere, right? Some people call these German Pancakes, others call them Dutch Babies but in Grandma Joyce’s case…They’re Puffy Pancakes. Not as international sounding but she’s right, they are puffy!
I’ve had similar recipes over the years and loved them all but this one was so easy! Just throw it all in the blender and toss it in the oven. Well, almost that easy but give this a try, you won’t regret it!
